Our Story
Harlaw Bowling Club, as we know it today was originally named " The Loco Works Bowling Club" In 1970 following the collapse of the Loco works in Inverurie, a group of bowlers purchased the club and renamed it Harlaw B.C.
Over the following years many improvements were made with the addition of a members lounge bar, extra toilet facilities and a complete refurbishment of the main clubhouse.
Membership has grown steadily, and the club has a healthy playing membership as well as non-playing members.
The Club is run by a dedicated Committee and other member volunteers.
Harlaw Bowling Club prides itself on having a fantastic membership who always do their best for the club. As a club we honour social and competitive bowls with the opportunity to enter numerous club competitions and represent the club at both local and national competitions. We extend a warm welcome to visitors, and new members for whom a rewarding experience is guaranteed.
